Edible Foods curriculum: this site is being developed by a PhD candidate, Leila Graves, in Horticulture and Education at Colorado State University. Her passion is School Gardens; however, many teachers cannot obtain permission to create gardens because of summer maintenance issues. An alternative to this dilemma is to use edible foods in the classroom. Her advisors are Drs. Meena Balgopal and Harrison Hughes.
